It’s February but it was 80 degrees today. I decided to make burgers. There’s nothing like making my own hamburger meat. I don’t know what they put in the hamburger when I buy it from the store.
This time I decided to do a veal and beef chuck blend. But…me being me I couldn’t stop there. I made a Parmesan, Swiss, mushroom and onion mix to add to my burgers.
Hope you didn’t think that I was done. I also decided that I needed sautéed mushrooms and onions in a white wine butter sauce. I impressed myself. Bon appetite!!!
